Conclave Partners does not send bulk unsolicited email, and does not allow anyone to send it on our behalf or to promote conclavepartners.com or any of our company domains. We do not buy, rent or harvest email lists.
1. How we contact people
We are an M&A advisory firm. Any business outreach we do is individually addressed to a named professional, relevant to their role (for example company owners, investors and acquirers in their sector), sent in low volume and limited to a short introduction with at most a couple of follow-ups. Every message states who we are, uses an honest subject line, and stops for good as soon as the recipient replies or asks us to stop.
2. Our domains
Besides conclavepartners.com we use several company domains for staff mailboxes in different regions, for example conclavepartnersllc.com and conclavepartnersacq.com. All of them belong to Conclave Partners, are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and redirect to this website. If you received an email from one of them, it came from us.
3. Opting out
To stop hearing from us, simply reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any of our emails, or write to sk@conclavepartners.com. We remove you, and on request your whole company, immediately and permanently.
4. Laws we follow
We process business contact data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation on the basis of legitimate interest, and we follow the US CAN-SPAM Act and applicable national e-privacy rules. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.
5. Partners and contractors
Affiliates, contractors and partners are prohibited from promoting our websites or services through unsolicited bulk email. Any violation ends the relationship.
6. Report abuse
